Having manufactured over a million smartphone parts in the last quarter of 2013 alone, Ju Teng of Taiwan, has opened the largest composites factory in the world to produce smartphone and tablet covers in China.

The company has invested in over a hundred assembly lines based on the rapid moulding technologies of Roctool, headquartered in Le Bourget du Lac, France, in its bid to provide a million parts per month.

"RocTool technologies accelerate mass production for companies such as Ju Teng, whose objective is to meet the growing demand for quality electronic parts, designed with innovative materials,"? says RocTool's CEO Alexandre Guichard.
